Meet Barbara Garrison
I have a passion for helping hurting people. As a survivor of an abusive marriage, I reflect on how God delivered me. I learned that true relationship with my Heavenly Father - study of His word, fasting, prayer, and diligently seeking Him out - was the answer to overcoming sorrow, emotional strain, and poverty - both spiritual and physical.
My mission is to bring hope to the dying family structure and to affirm God's love in the family.
I studied Seminary at Oral Roberts University and obtained a Master of Arts degree. I also graduated from Victory Bible Institute as well as Victory World Mission. I worked in administration at the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office.
My HOMEBREAKERS Ministries program was aired on WKHB TV 47 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and now I am in full-time ministry.

Our Mission
As a widow myself, the vision of C.L.P.S. is to care for widows and show them compassion. Our mission is to unite with and take action to the aid of each other. We do this by interaction and intervention to help bring positive outcomes to situations that are painful and heavy to bear. We offer several support programs as well as counseling services.
